With a reimagined time and space framework around flexibility, adaptability, and agency, Exploration students actively drive their learning journey. With teachers and community experts acting as learning guides, trusting relationships are developed through mentoring, apprenticeships, and advisories. Learning goals are individualized and co-created by and with each person at Exploration. Community spaces become on project sandbox; adding value to local businesses, artists, and agencies through collaborative problem solving. With design and thought partners locally and nationally such as Fielding Nair International, Spark-Y: Youth Action Labs, Education Reimagined, Open Way Learning, and more, we will continue evolving and learning. With an emerging learner-centered movement that aims to empower all people, Exploration will continually look to contribute to a better society by being a good neighbor to all.
