Will Kawalec has worked in various roles since 2011. Will began as a Cashier at Wegmans Food Markets in 2011. In 2015, they became a Junior Varsity Football Coach at West Seneca Schools in NY. In 2016, they became a Substitute Teacher at Buffalo Public Schools. In 2017, they became a Graduate Assistant at the University at Buffalo. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Lead Play to Learn Facilitator at Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum, where they help guests interact and properly participate with a museum designed for children aged 0-12, facilitates learning experiences for children with a variety of needs, and prepares and executes tailored lessons and activities for visitors.
Will Kawalec received their History degree from Allegheny College from 2011 to 2015. Will then went on to receive their Master's degree in History from the University at Buffalo from 2016 to 2018. Will also holds certifications in Anti Bullying and First Aid/CPR.

In June 2019, the brand new Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children’s Museum opened its doors to the Western New York Community. This $29 million capital project was a 7-year undertaking, which allowed Explore & More to grow from a 5,000 square-foot building located in East Aurora with about 60,000 visitors a year to a 43,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility in downtown Buffalo with an estimate of 200,000+ guests per year.
