Rusty Rohman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rusty started their career in 1995 as a Guest Services Supervisor at St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission - Explore St. Louis, where they eventually became the Guest Services Usher Chief. In 1999, they joined Zip Mail Services, Inc. as an Account Executive and remained there until 2015. During their time at Zip Mail Services, they witnessed the acquisition of the company by Pitney Bowes, and transitioned into a Sales Account Manager role. In 2015, they became an Executive Client Relationship Manager at Pitney Bowes, focusing on managing and building relationships with large and complex customers. In 2018, Rusty joined Live Nation Entertainment as a Guest Services Manager, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Guest Experience Supervisor at St. Louis CITY SC. Throughout their career, Rusty has honed their skills in sales, account management, client relationships, and guest services.
Rusty Rohman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Rusty attended the university from 1985 to 1989.
