Monica Cross serves as the Program Director at Explore the New Manufacturing since September 2018, where leadership is focused on advancing manufacturing initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at TwopointO LLC from July 2014 to December 2018, where efforts centered on developing collaborative teams and enhancing employee engagement to achieve business success. Prior to that, Monica was the CFO and Business Manager at Country Roads Physical Therapy LLC from 2007 to 2014, playing a crucial role in the practice's expansion and operational management. Monica holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College, earned between 1991 and 1995.

We believe it is important our student educational opportunities are fun, exciting, and build awareness about the diversity of available career options. It is essential that we forge strong collaborations between manufacturers and educators that directly help student discovery and understanding. Through high-level programming, the Explore Program provides a myriad of opportunities for students and manufacturers to discuss and share commonalities. Moving forward the program will expand its programing mission to meet the needs of students from middle school through high school and post-secondary training.
