Arion Castillo, MS has a diverse background in various roles within the healthcare industry, ranging from patient care to administrative positions. Currently, Arion serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Health Literacy Media (HLM), where Arion blends their education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Healthcare Management to create an inclusive work environment. Additionally, Arion is the Founder & CEO of Another Me, LLC, overseeing all operations and business activities. Arion has a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lindenwood University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
