Welcome to Explorers Early Learning! We take immense pride in being industry leaders, providing authentic, Reggio Emilia inspired, and high-quality early education. As a local, family-owned and operated organisation, we offer exceptional long day care services for children aged six weeks to school age, including an accredited Kindergarten program.

At Explorers, we firmly believe in the strength, resilience, and innate curiosity of every child. Our mission is to embrace their wonder, challenge their thinking, and foster their passion for learning. Our vision is to create enriching learning environments that ignite children's imagination, creativity, exploration, discovery, engagement, and sense of belonging. Our philosophy places children, families, Educators, the environment, and the community at the core of everything we do.

We recognise that our people are our greatest asset. Our team consists of energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals who not only embody our values but also embrace the Reggio Emilia approach. We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our Educators but also on the support, care, and appreciation we provide to each member of our team.

If you share our passion for the well-being and education of children, we welcome you to join our team. With 19 Centres operating across Melbourne and exciting new locations set to open in the next 12 months, this is an ideal time to embark on an incredible career journey with us.

Explore the opportunities and submit your application for positions at our Centres. We look forward to connecting with talented individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children.
