Ferah Akkas

Ferah Akkas is currently on maternity leave and serves as the Co Director at Explorers Early Learning, a position they have held since 2024. They previously held several leadership roles in early childhood education, including Director at Quality Kids Childcare and Senior Director at Platypus Junction Group Pty Ltd. Ferah's career began at Roseberry House ELC, where they worked from 2005 to 2014 as a Room Leader and Coordinator. Ferah is pursuing an advanced diploma in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Swinburne University of Technology while also enrolled at Brighton Secondary College.
