Francisco Zulueta

Francisco Zulueta is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting HOA at Exploria Resorts since January 2023, Zulueta previously held significant roles at Caribbean Distillers LLC from November 2012 to January 2023, culminating in the position of Manager Treasury Operations, where responsibilities included managing cash flow and overseeing accounts payable and receivable departments. Previous positions also include Manager Financial Planning and Analysis at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Manager HOA Accounting at Celebrity Resorts, where financial reporting and compliance were key focuses. Zulueta began a career in accounting at Starwood Vacation Ownership, progressing through roles that established a strong foundation in financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and auditing.
