John Flores

John Flores has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Verification Loan Officer at Exploria Resorts since June 2015 and as a Real Estate Agent specializing in property management at The Florida Property Shop since February 2015. Since November 1992, John has operated a business providing federal income tax preparation, QuickBooks accounting, notary public services, and document translation. Previously, John was the General Manager at Tropicana Resort for a brief period in 2015, overseeing the management of investor-owned condo/hotel units. Educational qualifications include a High School Diploma from Lake Howell High School and certifications as a Notary Public in Florida and through the Florida Real Estate Commission.
