Abdulwahed Aljassmi

Abdulwahed Aljassmi has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and organizations. Abdulwahed is currently the Head of Business Compliance at Expo 2020 Dubai, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked for the Dubai Development Authority, where they held various roles including Workforce Affairs Manager from January 2018 to September 2023, Compliance Manager from January 2014 to January 2018, and Senior Compliance Agent from January 2009 to January 2014. Before joining the Dubai Development Authority, they worked at TECOM Investments as a Senior Government Relations Advisor from 2005 to 2009.

Abdulwahed Aljassmi completed their Bachelors in Business Administration at the University of Dubai from 2009 to 2013, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2014, they pursued further education at the Dubai Entrepreneurship Academy, where they obtained a diploma in Entrepreneurship. This program provided him with knowledge and skills in the field of Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
