Sharihan al Mashary

Sharihan Al Mashary is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Commercial Operations for Hospitality & Food & Beverage at Expo 2020 Dubai since August 2021. In this capacity, Sharihan oversees the operation of 177 diverse food and beverage concepts, including fine dining, Michelin-starred offerings, and unique local gems. Sharihan's expertise extends to negotiation, commercial and operational delivery, supply chain management, marketing, and project execution. Between July 2017 and the present, Sharihan has also held the role of Expert with WorldSkills International. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Emaar Hospitality Group, Palazzo Versace Dubai, Signature Clubs International, and Jumeirah Group, where Sharihan demonstrated strong operational management capabilities and contributed to multiple pre-opening initiatives.
