Tracey Straub

Tracey Straub is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Expo, Inc.

Straub began their career in compliance at Deutsche Bank in January 2005, where they served as Vice President - Policy and Regulation Officer. In this role, they managed cross-divisional strategic and policy initiatives impacting Deutsche Bank Americas’ Global Markets, Global Corporate Finance, Global Banking, Private Wealth Management, and DB Alex Brown.

In January 2008, Straub joined MF Global as Vice President - Global Conflicts Officer. In this role, they were responsible for global compliance training, FINRA and NFA registration, electronic communications and surveillance, personal trading, compliance technology initiatives, and the compliance intranet.

In January 2010, Straub joined Compliance11, Inc. (now Schwab Compliance Technologies) as Director of Strategy and Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing the strategy for the company and growing the business through new partnerships and initiatives.

In January 2013, Straub was promoted to Managing Director at Schwab Compliance Technologies. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company and continued to grow the business through new partnerships and initiatives.

In November 2019, Straub left Schwab Compliance Technologies to join Expo, Inc. as Vice President of Customer Experience.

Tracey Straub has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Nebraska at Kearney. Tracey also has a certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 7.
