Keith Kurak

Keith Kurak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Keith'smost recent position is as a Developer Success Engineer at Expo, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Keith worked as a Tech Speaker at various conferences and meetups in the Cleveland area, starting in 2017. Keith also took on extra work as the Director of Programming After the Kids are in Bed, where they built an order fulfillment app using React Native/Expo and Firebase.

From 2017 to 2022, Keith worked at Nudge Coach as a Mobile Development Lead and App Delivery Manager. Keith'sresponsibilities included developing mobile apps using React Native and launching the Nudge Coach app for iOS and Android.

Keith's previous experience includes working as a Software Developer and Technical Product Owner at MediQuant Inc., where they developed the DataArk solution for patient accounting and clinical data. Keith also worked as a Software Engineer at Intraclinics, where they ported a secure messaging app to iOS.

Prior to that, Keith worked as a Software Developer at Horizon Books, where they developed a book selling suite using Amazon's fulfillment web services. Keith also worked at Alcoa in various roles including IT Project Lead, Sr. Systems Analyst, and Systems Analyst, where they focused on improving shipping and order management systems using Oracle and custom solutions.

Before entering the professional field, Keith gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, where they led recitation sessions and taught programming concepts.

Keith Kurak attended Case Western Reserve University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management at Baldwin Wallace University.
