Customer Care 2nd Level Representative at expondo

Tena Srdelic has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tena started their career in 2008 as an Assistant to Press Attaché at PR agency "Observatoire" and later worked as a Receptionist at France Television Distribution. In 2010, they worked as a Project Assistant for an independent artist, Silvije Petranovic Bartch, where they were responsible for PR and organization of an exhibition. Tena also worked as a translator for various companies and organizations, including Translation agency Increatus, Zagreb and Travel agency To Island Travel. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Associate in a cultural project at the Croatian Institute for Movement and Dance. In 2016, they joined PANDORA A/S as a Customer Relations Assistant and later joined expondo in 2018. At expondo, they served as a Customer Care Representative for France and then moved on to become a Customer Care 2nd Level Representative in 2021.

Tena Srdelic holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, which was obtained from 2021 to 2022. Tena also has a Master's Degree in History and Sociology of Cultural Mediation from the University of Paris 3-Sorbonne Nouvelle, completed from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's Degree in Cultural project management-Audience development from the University of Paris X-Nanterre, achieved from 2007 to 2008. Tena'seducation journey began with a Master's Degree in French and Russian language and literature from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, where they studied from 1996 to 2003.
