Maria Camila Munoz Sanchez

Maria Camila Munoz Sanchez has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology sectors. Maria Camila is the CEO/Founder of Exponencial Confirming, a leading platform in Colombia that provides access to working capital for small and medium-sized enterprises. Maria Camila has been involved with the company since November 2013.

Maria also serves on the Board of Directors at Wompi starting from March 2022. In addition, they hold the position of Member Board of Directors at Colombia Fintech since April 2018.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Maria worked as the Vice President of Exponencial Confirming from June 2011 to May 2012. This role involved systematizing the invoice discount negotiation process between the major payer and its suppliers.

Before joining Exponencial Confirming, Maria held the position of Vice President of Commercial Factoring at Grupo Bancolombia from August 2001 to January 2010.

Maria began their career as a Trainee at BASF, where they gained industry experience from 1999 to 2000.
