Marina Molenda has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Marina currently holds the position of Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Expion Health since January 2021. Prior to that, Marina worked at dentsu mcgarrybowen from November 2018 to September 2020, where they served as the Group Planning Director, leading brand, product, and digital strategies. Marina also facilitated workshops and brainstorms to drive progress.

Before joining dentsu mcgarrybowen, Marina worked at SRW from January 2017 to October 2018 as a Strategy Director, focusing on brand, product, social, and content. Marina excelled at enhancing emerging and disruptive brands through content-centric approaches, managed Facebook ad campaigns, and implemented smart media targeting strategies.

From April 2014 to January 2017, Marina was associated with The Abundancy, an agency acquired by Leo Burnett. Here, they held the role of Strategy Director and led the strategy department, expanding the range of strategic services offered. Marina developed strategies grounded in consumer insights, industry intelligence, and cultural trends and inspired creative work.

Marina's experience also includes working at Arc Worldwide (Leo Burnett) as a Strategy Director (Digital & Social) from May 2010 to March 2014. Marina led holistic digital strategies, campaigns, and always-on programs by incorporating human insights, data, and technology. Moreover, Marina initiated the agency's social media thought leadership initiative called EyeOn.

In addition to their agency roles, Marina has also worked on freelance projects as a Marketing and Social Media Strategist in early 2010. Prior to that, they co-founded and managed the Vitamin IMC blog, providing a platform for Medill IMC awareness and student voices.

Earlier in their career, Marina held positions at Corbett Accel Healthcare Group as a Digital Marketing Resident, Walker Information as a Senior Program Manager, and DWA Healthcare Communications Group as a Senior Project Manager, Research, and Analytics.
