Amy Willard Miesen

Amy Willard Miesen has a strong background in various roles, primarily in the non-profit sector. Amy started their career at Fairfield Residential as the Director of Human Resources from 1997 to 2008. Amy then joined Catholic Charities Fort Worth, where they held several leadership positions including Director of Human Resources, Director of Business Operations, Senior Director of Executive Operations, and Senior Director of Transportation from 2010 to 2017. Amy currently works at Exponent Partners, where they initially served as the Director of Talent from 2017 to 2019. Amy is currently the Director of Client Services, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, they briefly served as the Client Services Manager at Exponent Partners from January to July 2023. Overall, Amy has built a strong career focused on utilizing data for non-profit organizations and leading client services teams.
