Lance Petersen

Lance Petersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and system administration, primarily in Salesforce environments. Currently serving as Manager of Client Services at Exponent Partners since April 2015, Lance has advanced through roles including Solution Architect and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a Business Analyst/System Administrator position at Children's Aid Society, where Lance redesigned the Salesforce instance to enhance functionality, as well as roles at Mission iQ and Seedco, focusing on Salesforce architecture and system administration. Additionally, Lance has a background as a professional musician and teacher, and spent six years as a Database Administrator at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where a significant project involved creating a Lotus Notes database for the International Human Resources department. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Music from the California Institute of the Arts and a Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
