Erika Vigil

Erika Vigil, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human capital management and client services. Currently serving as the HCM Product Specialist Lead at ExponentHR since June 2015, Erika leads a team focused on Benefits, EDI Data Solutions, and Web Services Integration, while also ensuring quality control for client benefits setups during Open Enrollment. Prior to this role, Erika provided concierge client service and support at ExponentHR. From March 2012 to May 2015, Erika worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Relationship Banker and Personal Banker, specializing in small business needs, client relationship management, and compliance with banking regulations. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
