Brad James

Group Vice President, Infrastructure And Materials Engineering at Exponent

Brad James has a diverse work experience in various fields. Brad started their career in 1988 as a Research Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox and worked there until 1990. Later, in 1994, they joined Exponent, Inc. as a Group Vice President, specializing in Infrastructure and Materials Engineering. In 2000, Brad became an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University, where they taught until 2010. Brad then moved to Stanford University as an Adjunct Lecturer from 2009 to 2011.

Brad James obtained their Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Brad further pursued their education at the Colorado School of Mines, where they completed their Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering between 1990 and 1994.
