Denise Jo Crangle, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Denise Jo started their career at Panavision in 1999 as a Benefits specialist and worked there until 2006. In 2006, Denise joined Exponent as a Sr. Benefits and HRIS Analyst and later progressed to the roles of Benefits and HRIS Manager and currently serves as the Benefits Manager.

Denise also actively contributed to the Northern California Human Resources Association, where they served as a Santa Clara Chapter Board Member from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Denise held leadership positions within the association, including Santa Clara Chapter Chair from 2008 to 2009 and Santa Clara Chapter Vice Chair from 2006 to 2008.

Outside of their professional career, Denise demonstrated their commitment to giving back by working as a Walk Coach for the South Bay/Peninsula group of the Northern California chapter of Team Challenge, a Half Marathon training program organized by the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.

Later, they pursued a Human Resources Certificate at California State University, Northridge from 2003 to 2006.
