Shubham Saraswat

Shubham Saraswat worked as a Data Engineer at Exponentia.ai from December 2019 to present. In this role, they designed and implemented a post-holiday customer feedback survey system for TUI Group, Germany using Python and AWS technologies. Shubham developed an end-to-end data pipeline, implemented event-based feedback systems, logged operational reports in Datadog, used Dynamo DB and Kinesis for data storage and streaming, created a mail alert system using SES, performed data transformations using Python, collected feedback data using ECS scheduled jobs and pushed it to an S3 Data Lake, optimized Dynamo DB performance, prepared Boto scripts for AWS integration, and triggered and scheduled jobs using AWS Lambda. Shubham also participated in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives to demonstrate business objectives to higher stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked as a Social Media Intern at Conceptual Arts LLP from July 2015 to September 2015.

Shubham Saraswat completed their education in a chronological order. Shubham attended Guru Harikishan Public School from 2002 to 2012, where they received their secondary education. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended JKG International School and completed their Senior Secondary education.

Moving on to their higher education, from 2014 to 2017, Shubham enrolled in Dyal Singh College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. During their time at college, they focused on the field of information technology.

In addition to their formal education, Shubham also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In December 2019, they completed a certification in Data Analytics and Predictive Modelling from NIIT Limited. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in Python Tkinter Masterclass - Learn Python GUI Programming from Udemy. Lastly, in May 2020, they attended a course on Python for Machine Learning offered by Great Learning.
