Mehdi Lebbar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mehdi is currently a Co-Founder at Exponential DeFi since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategy and Planning, North America at CloudKitchens from 2020 to 2021.

In 2016, Mehdi served as an Operations Manager at Uber, where they successfully launched UberEats London and managed a team that brought on board 3000 couriers, delivering over 40,000 meals per week. Mehdi also implemented automatized SQL scripts to improve service quality and prevent fraud.

From 2012 to 2014, Mehdi worked as an Investment Analyst at the World Bank, focusing on business development in emerging markets such as Mozambique and securing investment leads amounting to $15bn. Mehdi gained project experience in various countries across Africa and Brazil.

Before that, Mehdi held roles in M&A at Credit Suisse in 2010 and worked as a Junior Consultant at McKinsey & Company in the same year. In 2009, they gained experience as a Legal Research Assistant at Clifford Chance.
