Luke Higgins

Luke Higgins is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a 3rd line desktop engineer at Exponential-e, Luke previously worked as a Software Support Engineer at Maintel and as an IT Technical Analyst at Feefo, where responsibilities included providing technical support using SQL, Mongodb, and JavaScript. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Engineer at NHS Trust, delivering 1st and 2nd line support, and starting in the industry as an Apprentice Graphic Designer at Crystal Clear Designs and Design & Print. Luke holds an A level in ICT from Barton Pevril College and a GCSE in Graphic Design from St George Catholic School.
