Coral Laski has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Coral began their career at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Coral was later promoted to Assistant Director of the Center for Excellence in Oral Communication. During this time, they also held various roles such as Lecturer/Adjunct Instructor, Career Services Specialist, and Assistant Director of the Pre-Collegiate Development Program.
Prior to their time at the University of Colorado, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Pueblo Community College. Coral later joined the University of Colorado as an Adjunct Instructor once again.
In 2021, they worked as an Interpersonal & Vocational Consultant at Your Best Self Consulting - YBS. Their role involved helping individuals and groups improve their communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Currently, Coral is working as a Program Manager at Exponential Impact, a position they started in 2022. Coral is responsible for managing programs within the organization.
Throughout their career, Coral has demonstrated a passion for helping others succeed and has developed expertise in areas such as authentic communication, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.
Coral Laski's education history includes coursework completed in Graduate Level Career Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2015. They also obtained a Master of Arts in Communication with Distinction from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2003 to 2009.
In addition to their academic degrees, Coral Laski has obtained various certifications. These include "Applying the QM Rubric" from QM Quality Matters in September 2022, "Women's Community Leadership Initiative - Graduate" from Leadership Pikes Peak in June 2021, "TOP: Online Facilitation Badge" from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in January 2021, "Adult Teaching and Learning" from Pueblo Community College in November 2020, and "PCC Online Instructor Certification" from Pueblo Community College in May 2020.
