Operations Manager at Exponential Impact

Rachael Maxwell has held multiple roles throughout their career. In 2016, they started as a Finance Intern for the Hon. Michael Bennet's Senate campaign. Following this, they worked as a Department Assistant for the Theatre Department at Colorado College from August 2016 to May 2018. In 2017, they became a Communications and Government Affairs Intern at the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce & EDC, where they worked until May 2018. From June 2018 to May 2019, Rachael served as a Program Associate for Innovations in Aging Collaborative. Finally, in May 2019, Rachael joined Exponential Impact as an Operations Manager.

Rachael Maxwell's education history begins with their high school education at Grandview High School, where they graduated between the years 2010 and 2014. Subsequently, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Colorado College from 2014 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major field of study was History-Political Science, with a minor in French. Continuing their academic journey, Rachael enrolled at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Grant Writing, Management, and Program Evaluation.
