Rafael Urbina

Rafael Urbina has extensive experience in account management and client solutions, currently serving as Head of Client Solutions and Account Strategy for EMEA & APAC at VDX.tv since April 2010, while also holding the title of Global Director, Account Management. Previously, Rafael was with Exponential from January 2011 to November 2018, where responsibilities included leading the Account Management team in the EU, closely collaborating with sales leads, and ensuring client services excellence across multiple countries. Additional roles include Head of Account Management and Publisher Manager in Spain at Exponential, and earlier positions at Tribal Fusion, Adtiviti, Accenture, and Accesogroup, with a focus on media planning, campaign management, and client relations. Rafael holds multiple educational credentials, including certifications in Scrum Master methodologies and programmatic advertising, along with a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
