Valentyna Ashley, CPA

Valentyna Ashley, CPA, currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller at VDX.tv, a global TV/video advertising technology company, since October 2019. Prior to this role, Valentyna held a similar position at Exponential, the parent company of VDX.tv, and managed financial operations at ON24, Inc., where responsibilities included annual audits, internal and board reporting, and cash management. Earlier career milestones include significant contributions as SEC Reporting Manager at LECG Corporation and External Reporting Manager at BenefitStreet, Inc., along with various accounting roles at Moss Adams LLP and Tilia International, Inc. Valentyna holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University and has completed management certifications in Management and Finance.
