Comprised of the Telecommunications Project Manager, Service Department Manager, and Field Service Manager, the team ensures that customer projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. They manage field service operations, handle client communications, and provide ongoing support and consultation to maintain optimal performance of power solutions. Their primary goal is to guarantee an exceptional customer experience through meticulous planning, coordination, and expert service.
