Urmet Seepter

Urmet Seepter is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and strategic planning. As Co-Founder of Exponential since September 2024, Urmet leads an on-demand team specializing in marketing and online growth. Concurrently, Urmet serves as a Guest Lecturer at TalTech, imparting knowledge on marketing in the digital age to MA students. Previously, Urmet held significant roles including Head of Global Digital Marketing at Helmes AS, focusing on creative campaign development, and Digital Marketing Manager at SEB Eesti, where strategic planning and content marketing were emphasized. Other notable positions include Marketing Manager of Retail Banking at Danske Bank A/S and Senior Marketing Consultant at Sampo Pank/Danske Bank. Early career experience includes roles at Philip Morris Eesti, where Urmet managed brand marketing and sales analysis. Urmet holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tartu, completed in 2004.
