Donald R. Powell has 25 years of experience in non-profit management, focusing on marginalized populations, including the formerly incarcerated, PLWH, LGBTQI, and substance misusers. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Director of Programs & Development at Exponents and have been the Director of Anti-Stigma Interventions at Gay Men Of African Descent, Inc. since 1997, where they provide guidance for social marketing campaigns and curricula development. Donald holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University, obtained between 2009 and 2012, as well as a Master of Human Services in Organizational Change from the same institution, completed in 2011.
