Kavinder Rawal

Kavinder Rawal has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kavinder started their career as a Project Trainee at IBT Institute Pvt. Ltd in May 2018. In June 2019, they joined Oracle as a Client Success Executive, where they built and maintained client relationships and ensured the effective use of products or services. In January 2020, Kavinder moved to ExpoPlatform as a Client Success Consultant, responsible for managing customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams. Kavinder was later promoted to the role of Technical Account Manager, where they handled post-sale interactions and managed the customer lifecycle. In January 2022, Kavinder was promoted again to the Senior Technical Account Manager position, where they mentored junior TAMs and led implementation kick-off processes. Currently, they hold the role of Technical Account Manager Team Lead at ExpoPlatform, where they manage and leads a team of TAMs, onboard new customers, and maps customer business processes to product capability.

Kavinder Rawal obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Science from DIT UNIVERSITY, completing the program from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kavinder has also obtained several certifications. These include certifications in project initiation, foundations of project management, agile with Atlassian Jira, and becoming a master of client and account management. Kavinder also has certifications in responsive web design (HTML and CSS), CSS essential training, HTML essential training, a design thinking approach to putting the customer first, design thinking: customer experience, and Excel 2016 essential training. Furthermore, Kavinder has completed certifications in key account management, Java basic + advance, and an introduction to programming using Python. These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as Google, Coursera, Udemy, freeCodeCamp, LinkedIn, Unisoft Technologies, and RCPL.
