Anders Thorsen

Anders Thorsen serves as Senior Vice President at EKF Denmark's Export Credit Agency since May 2013, focusing on project finance solutions for renewable energy and structured finance for infrastructure projects. Previously, Anders held the position of Chief Underwriter, leading the Cleantech team in facilitating export finance for renewable energy projects and promoting Danish renewable technology sales. Prior experiences include roles as Manager in Corporate Finance at KPMG, where responsibilities involved funding procurement and financial forecasting, and Project Manager at HSH Nordbank AG, overseeing restructuring negotiations with clients. Anders began the career as Senior Underwriter at Eksport Kredit Fonden, where expertise in client relations and risk assessment was developed. Anders holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
