Søren Houmøller

Søren Houmøller is a highly experienced managing director, founder, and owner of 1st Mile, the most successful fundraising company in Denmark, which secures funding for innovations from various prominent programs. In addition to leading 1st Mile, Søren serves as a business angel for multiple companies, including Kvasir Technologies and Heliac, while also being an approved business angel investor at the Export and Innovation Fund of Denmark (EIFO). Active ownership roles include being a cornerstone investor for LED iBond, contributing to IPO efforts, and engaging as a business coach for European SMEs with the European Commission. Holding an Executive MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute, as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from DTU, Søren also has a strong background in consulting for energy technology development programs.
