Amber Nicholson

Amber Nicholson is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental governance, currently serving as a Senior Environmental, Social, & Governance Advisor at Export Development Canada since July 2023. Previously, Amber held the role of Sustainability Director at Delphi, where the mission focused on integrating profitability with positive environmental and societal impact. At Bellevue College, Amber spearheaded sustainability and climate justice initiatives while also managing programs aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. Early career experiences include positions as Environmental Project Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., Sustainability Project Manager at Neighbourhood Group of Companies, and Environmental Analyst at BlackBerry. Amber's educational background includes a Sustainable Development Certificate from École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris and Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership from Harvard Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
