Andrew Verlaan

Andrew Verlaan currently serves as the Regional Director for Southwest and Northern Ontario at Export Development Canada, a role held since February 2019. Verlaan has held various positions within the organization, including Global Trade Director for Digital Technologies and Underwriter for International Trade Guarantee. Prior to this, experience at BDC spanned from May 2012 to February 2019, where Verlaan held the title of Senior Account Manager within the Ontario Technology Group, alongside roles as Account Manager and Portfolio Management Analyst. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Business Information Advisor at The Small Business Centre from January 2011 to May 2012. Andrew Verlaan obtained an Honors Business Commerce degree with a concentration in Finance and an English minor from the University of Windsor from 2007 to 2010.
