Eric Hamelin

Eric Hamelin is an experienced professional in customer engagement and service management, currently serving as a Customer Engagement Manager at Export Development Canada since July 2019. Prior roles at Export Development Canada include Senior Customer Care Advisor for Small Business & Partnerships and various customer care positions in Channels and Marketing. Prior to this, Eric worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as a Customer Service Representative for Canada Post Corporation. Experience also includes roles at the City of Timmins, such as Health & Safety Clerk and Tax and Water Clerk in the Financial Services Department. Eric began a career in customer relations at Scotiabank, holding positions as a Customer Relations Representative and Customer Support Representative. Educationally, Eric holds diplomas in Business Administration (Marketing Major) from Northern College of Applied Arts & Technology and in Commerce from Collège Boréal d'Arts Appliqués et de Technologie.
