Hugues Bouchard

Hugues (Hugh) Bouchard is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in learning, human resources, and organizational development. Currently, Hugues serves as the Director of Learning and HR Strategy at Export Development Canada, where responsibilities include fostering employee engagement and supporting organizational transformation. As an instructor at the Schulich School of Business, Hugues designs and delivers courses aimed at enhancing leadership and workplace culture.
