Janice Escala

Janice Escala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, ethics, and strategic change management. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Change Advisor and Senior Advisor for Compliance & Ethics at Export Development Canada since February 2005, Janice monitors organizational conduct and develops policies to align with regulatory requirements. Prior roles include Advisor in Privacy & Access to Information and Human Resources Business Partner. Janice began her career at Mxi Technologies, where positions included Human Resources Manager from May 2000 to February 2005. Janice holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Carleton University and furthered education at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
