Keith Pinto

Keith Pinto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning Advisor at Export Development Canada since March 2021. Previously, Keith held the position of AQP Training Design Manager at Air Canada, where responsibilities included managing organization-wide learning interventions and designing technical curriculums. Additional roles include Learning Experience Designer at TVO, Learning Partner with Emirates Group, and various training and quality assurance responsibilities at Go Air India Ltd and UB Group. Keith holds an MBA in HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
