Melissa Rodgers

Melissa Rodgers is an experienced professional in project management and administrative coordination, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at Export Development Canada since May 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa spent nearly a decade at The Ottawa Hospital, where responsibilities included overseeing portfolio management, developing SharePoint sites, and managing clinical schedules. With a strong background in administration, Melissa has contributed to various departments, handling tasks such as payroll management and committee meeting organization. Melissa also gained experience in event coordination and program development at the University of Ottawa Skills and Simulation Centre and has a diploma in Applied Museum Studies from Algonquin College.
