Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and information risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Cyber Security and Information Risk at Export Finance Australia since October 2025, Manish previously held the position of AU CISO at PwC Australia from August 2017 to 2025, where responsibilities included cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and incident response management. Manish has also contributed as Director and Deputy CISO, as well as APAC Identity and Access Leader at PwC, focusing on internal transformation and operations. Earlier experience at IBM from February 2007 to August 2017 included leadership in APAC Identity and Access Management, partnering with major Financial Sector and Telecommunication clients. Manish holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Melbourne Business School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Information Technology from Federation University Australia.
