Mohsin Jawed

Mohsin Jawed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at Export Finance Australia since October 2022, Mohsin previously held positions as a Service Desk Analyst and an IT Support Analyst at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers, providing comprehensive IT support to over 300 employees and managing the deployment of new devices using Intune and Microsoft Azure Autopilot. Earlier experience includes a role as a Control Room Technician at Metcash, where responsibilities focused on optimizing Warehouse Management systems. Mohsin holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, as well as completion of Engineers Australia's Professional Year in Engineering and a Foundation in Engineering.
