Galit Alkalay (Sholder)

Galit Alkalay (Sholder) has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Galit is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Exposebox since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Human Resources at Cyber Intelligence Company from May 2019 to January 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Galit held the position of Director, Human Resources EMEA at Forcepoint, where they provided leadership and management of HR functions for the Israel R&D Center of Excellence, Middle East & Africa. Galit's earlier experience includes serving as the VP of Human Resources at RiT Tech from July 2005 to July 2006, where they were responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, and organizational culture. Galit also provided organizational consulting and coaching to managers and team leaders.

At the beginning of their career, Galit worked as the Human Resources Manager at Schering-Plough Research Institute from December 2001 to August 2005. Here, they supported the Israeli Marketing & Sales site, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and strategic planning.

Following their Bachelor's degree, Galit pursued further education at Tel Aviv University from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they focused on Public Business Management and obtained their Master's degree in this field.

In 2003, Galit enrolled at The College of Management Academic Studies once again, this time for their second Master's degree. Galit completed their studies in Organizational Development & Consulting in 2006.

To deepen their expertise and skills, Galit enrolled in the Coaching Certification Program at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2009. This program allowed their to specialize in Individual & Organizational coaching. Galit successfully completed the program in 2010.
