Exposure Project is an innovative Charlotte based program, providing youth an opportunity to engage in character development and exposure to career exploration through a hands on approach.

Our mission is to equip youth with practical tools for self discovery and development by planting seeds of Empowerment and Exposure.

Our vision is to create a culture of hope and provide youth with a creative space to find their purpose through self exploration while simultaneously exposing youth to hands on career experiences.
