This acquisition establishes a modern, public-benefit civic mass media infrastructure, accessible across all smart televisions and mobile devices, including Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Android TV, iOS mobile, Android mobile, and the web app at https://www.exposureplustv.tv. It is also available on any aircraft providing internet service for passenger use. This communal ownership model aims to amplify communities facing media blackouts, often referred to as "media deserts." These blackouts disproportionately affect underserved communities, disabled individuals, aging populations, marginalized groups, low-income households, start-up local businesses, municipalities with limited visibility for public forums, libraries, banking institutions, and educational institutions, among others who experience hardships due to outdated or nonexistent media services.
