Magomed Aliev has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from founder and CEO of multiple companies to director positions. Magomed founded ExpoVision in 2018 and currently holds the role of founder. In 2020, they also founded Expocar and serves as its CEO. From 2016 to 2018, they were the CEO of the small innovative enterprise "ngInnoTech". During the same period, they also held the position of director at the Technopark of the Chechen State University. In 2018, they worked as the Business Development Director at Lancman School. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they served as the director at Tzerga LLC.
Magomed Aliev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Grozny State Oil Institute named after Academician Millionshchikov from 2012 to 2016. Magomed then pursued a Master's degree in Management at Moscow technological institute from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Magomed Aliev has obtained several certifications. These include completing the HarvardX course "Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market" in May 2020, participating in the Hackathon "University 2035" organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in December 2017, completing the University Development Program at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in September 2017, completing the "21st Century Leadership" program at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy in June 2017, participating in the Russian Business Leaders Program organized by the U.S. Department of State in June 2017, and obtaining certifications as a business coach in the programs "Generation of Ideas" and "Business Plan Development" from the Zayed Fund for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in January 2017.
