Mihai Saftescu, CISA, BCCLA, currently serves as the IT Risk and Resilience specialist for the Nordics Region at Express Bank, focusing on safeguarding digital assets and ensuring IT system functionality during disruptions. Previously, Mihai held the position of Head of IT Security at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where responsibilities included developing security strategies and managing cyber threats. Additionally, Mihai coordinated IT audits for Enel in Eastern Europe, led IT audit engagements at Alpha Bank, and served in various auditing roles at BRD Groupe Societe Generale. Mihai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking Finance and Insurance from Titu Maiorescu University and has foundational education in Mathematics and Physics from Matei Basaraab National College.
