Paw Andersen has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Nordic CIO at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since November 2014. In this role, Andersen oversees international IT management, reporting to the Nordic CEO and Group CIO, while managing a budget in the millions and a growing team from 16 to 55 employees. Responsibilities include IT operations, risk management, data development, and leading an organizational shift to an agile structure. Prior to this position, Andersen held various roles including Programme Manager at Topdanmark, Key Account Manager at Fujitsu, and CIO at De Gule Sider A/S, showcasing a strong background in IT strategy, outsourcing, and project management across several organizations. Andersen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the Engineering College of Copenhagen and a BSc in Manufacturing from Ingeniørhøjskolen Københavns Teknikum.
