Albert Foster

Albert Foster, MHR, SPHR has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Albert is currently the President/CEO of Express Evaluations since October 2018. Prior to this role, Albert was the President of Facil HR starting in February 2015. Albert also worked as an Account Executive at Gallagher from August 2019 to December 2021 and as the HR Director at Wasatch Mental Health from November 2017 to August 2019. In addition, Albert has held the positions of Senior Account Executive at Gallagher Benefit Services from June 2007 to July 2016 and President of Custom Benefit Solutions from June 2007 to January 2015. Albert started their career as a Commercial Loan Officer at Zions First National Bank in June 2002, where they worked until June 2007.

Albert Foster earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2003-2005. In 2000-2002, Albert completed General Studies at Southern Utah University.
